A pair of perverted masked thugs kidnap the daughter (Yumi) of a perverted businessman (Mr. Sahara) to hold for ransom money that they accuse him of stealing from his customers. Will Mr. Sahara be able to keep his dick in his pants long enough to rescue her?
Nothing too original or complicated; simply a setup for bucket loads of juicy filth & sleaze. If you’ve seen any of the director’s other films, or can read the title, you kind of have an idea what you are in for. Of all the things in the title, rope is the least used ingredient, but it’s all there. There truly isn’t a single redeemable male character in the entire film.

Gaira has a firm handle on the sleazier aspects of his films, even in this earlier effort, but this one does lack some of the more fantastical elements you’ll find in the later Guts trilogy. He does take lots of swipes at the rich, shady business tactics, and even the police; all elements I can appreciate being added and that make up for the lack of the dick monsters a bit. It does a good job creating a cynical, perverted atmosphere.
Not a whole lot plot here, but it’s got it’s over-the-top and unexpected moments that fans of this brand of trash will likely find entertaining. Plenty of juices flying about, and an unconventional use for a bar of soap. That score too… there are moments it feels like it’s trying to be Goblin from Dawn of the Dead. Would recommend only to fans of pinku (should go without saying really) or Gaira completists who just want to see what he was up to before Guts of a Virgin.
